The On Cloudflow 5 is a performance-oriented neutral trainer that bridges the gap between traditional lightweight trainers and the new era of "super-trainers." Known as a daily racer it's significantly more cushioned than the old Cloudflow 4, feeling less like a flat racing shoe and more like a bouncy, rolling machine.

• The increase in stack height to 37mm provides the underfoot protection needed for daily mileage, while the PEBA top layer ensures the shoe feels race ready.
• The legendary ON speedboard offers a more forgiving flex than carbon, making the shoe easier to handle at moderate paces while remaining snappy enough for faster efforts.
• The updated CloudTec pods are shaped to prevent stone-catching, a common complaint in older models, and are reinforced with high-abrasion rubber so this shoe lasts.
